Connect your laptop to your TV with the help of HDMI cable, Just plug the cable in to your laptop and your HDMI port on your TV. If your window is updated to latest version, then you just switch on your laptop and your TV is set to the correct HDMI channel, now the laptop must automatically configure to give you the finest settings from here.

If it is not automatically selectd right setting, you just click on ‘control panel’ -> ‘display’ -> adjust resolution. Here you will find 2 drop down boxes. Now first you must toggle the display drop down to confirm that your TV is selected, secondly, confirm that resolution drop down boxe matches the settings that are correct for your TV.
