Learn how to enable reader Mode in Chrome for Android to have a Better Reading Experience
Some sites are not that easy to read articles on mobile device. To ride out this problem you can use “reader mode” in chrome. Already there are apps like pocket and readability and the other option is we can install bookmarklets to enable readability but not anymore, because now it is handy to have features right in chrome for android instant reading.
Reader mode in chrome for android:
While reading an article in chrome, you can see a reader button near the address bar – click on button to instantly optimize for reading. After clicking on reader button page header, ads, sidebar, navigation and other non-essential are instantaneously hidden and it provides improved readability.
Enable reader mode in chrome for android:
If you are not finding reader mode button in chrome you have to enable reader mode. Tap the address bar in chrome, type chrome://flags now will find a list of available flags in chrome – keep scrolling down until you see “enable reader tool mode” now click enable – now relaunch the chrome app. You are done. Now you can see reader mode button near address bar.
The reader mode in chrome will also come handy when you save a page as pdf on you android or for printing webpages.
